Please remove the uncraft ancient armors option because you can get ores and materials you shouldn't have. Crimson and corruption armors after uncraft give you boss only loot and breakes the game. (And the uncraft normal armors option because you can shimmer anticant variant to normal form). Great mode BTW.

You should add a feature to disable mods recipes from de-crafting because in some mods you're allowed to get end game items through un-crafting.

everyone who write that uncrafting doesn't work - just turn auto-pause off. turn out it doesn't work with auto-pause - UI pops up when you click the button with hammer and anvil on it holding an item in your cursor

So, this mod didn't work for me. The UI is like a hammer and an anvil: no matter what I try, it doesn't work. It's a good idea, though.

UI is too thin for larger items. Also if the item is too long as the first option, you can't scroll. I would suggest aligning it so that the scroll bar is on top, and that the ui is aligned to the left so you can uncraft. In addition, maybe hold shift on all to uncraft all in your inventory for unstackable items.

Would it be possible to add a function to resize the uncraft window thing? cause for certain recipes like the night's edge it's too long for the window and i can't see any of the buttons to uncraft it

I found a bug where if the crafting recipe is too long (like for say, Zenith), it's impossible to uncraft since the buttons for uncrafting are offscreen, and there's no horizontal scrollbar.

I would have to check the inventory thing, as for the second point, I understand that for stackable items I just need more. I mean that for unstackable items, where only 1 is crafted from the recipe, I can't just add more items to uncraft as they don't stack.

@NEPTTUNE, in 1.4.4 I fixed a bug about the wrong error output being displatyed. I would assume 1 of 2 things are happening.

1. Your inventory is to full
2. The stack size you are trying to uncraft is not big enought, for example if X crafts into 3 Y's. You need 3Y's to uncraft into X.

Dunno if this was fixed by 1.4.4 I'm still on 1.4.3 but sometimes when I try to uncraft unstackable items like weapons it says "not enough items for this uncraft recipe" even though I always have it set to give 100% of items back

Even though I personally love being able to get break the game by getting items I'm not supposed to yet via uncrafting, I still would like a toggleable option to make it progression based so you can't get things earlier then your supposed to.

Its great mod , but i liked if there was a option to resize the popup display of the uncrafted recipe, its to small , and i cant see the 1x or ALL buttons .

very broken as of now, you can turn most items into any of their counterparts, for example, turning a workbench into a solar workbench, then that into solar fragments. all simply from one tree being cut down.
For those who are interested in something more balanced recursive craft is good.

The mod is really cool. But there are problems.
You can disassemble any caught living creature. Squirrels, rabbits, birds, etc. on their golden versions. Also in pre-hardmode, for example, you can convert an accessory into a hardmode box and open it and do this several times until the accessories stop falling out. In general, in some places this mod is quite cheating. Maybe that's just how it works for me, or maybe for many I don't know.

@lanboost no i don't think there is. The config option only allows you to move the icon that lets you uncraft but everything has a 90% return rate when uncrafting. I would prefer it if there was a 100% return instead.

I love the new feature that allows you to choose which resources to receive from Uncrafting, and switching items for others in specific Recipe Groups is useful, but it also presents the exploit of gaining strong items from weaker variants. An example of this would be uncrafting an Apple into BBQ Ribs simply because both items are in the Food recipe group.

Could you add an option to disable Recipe Group Item Swapping, or possibly add a blacklist for items that can't be received from uncrafting in such a way?

To everyone who are unable to uncraft anything (Like me) I believe I found the problem. For whatever reason the uncraft menu doesn't pop up if you have Auto Pause ON. If you play with auto pause on try turning it off and see if that helps. In the meantime I hope this gets fixed.

The update makes it difficult, sure, but it doesn't ruin it. Something that can help, is if you can scroll up and down the options, when there is more than a full screen of options, like when trying to uncraft furniture, and it plops you in somewhat in the middle. Otherwise, I wouldn't call it ruined, just a bit harder to work. On the plus side, thank you for allowing it to uncraft different recipes.

I know, discontent from the masses, but, even at this stage, I can tell you put a lot of thought into it. Thank you for all your hard work, even if most of us don't appreciate it.
