Making the icons themselves is a rather fast process now that I have been doing it a while most of my programs are set up and just require a few adjustments. Exception is some submissions (mostly COD weapons) where the models are broken as all get out and require a lot of extra work decompilling and importing the resulting mesh into a third party program like Blender. Testing the icons takes a little more time since I have to unsub any conflicting mods and match up the weapon model and script. Uploading to the workshop takes a significant amount of time as well.
Making the scripts (editing their values) is rather fast. Researching the weapons to make good script values can take a long time. Updating the spreadsheet with script stats takes a long time. Testing the scripts can take a little more time. And uploading the scripts to the workshop takes a long time.
