I can't seem to get this to work with AutoSmoke. Is this because I'm using the "Stable" branch? Or a load order issue?

very cool pimastudio, it's both, the Xen are more of Snus and a play on the name of one of the brands, while the others are plays on various dip/chew names

Hey, to anyone enjoying this mod, I've put up my mod that lets you choose from all kind of chewing tobacco that you have in your inventory (by pressing a hotkey button ) including this kind of chewing tobacco* by conveniently showing a dialog window where you can choose which one to smoke :)

* I'm not sure if SKAL things are supposed to be a chew, or more like european/swedish snus, so I called it snus in my mod

@UndeadLokemaniac Thank you for reporting the issue and helping troubleshoot, I found the issue and will be issuing a patch out shortly.

I checked it with abundant loot settings, and as for the number modifiers I had tried the default for yours and even turned the settings all the way up to 30. When this mod first dropped, I found cans/logs in deaks, on zombies, in police lockers, at gas stations, but I havent found any at those locations.

@UndeadLokemaniac I'll double check spawning - I was using lootzed in a custom sandbox to check and it was showing up in the lootlist. But I'll take a look around later today to see if the toggles are misbehaving - what loot settings are you using to see if I can replicate

Since the most recent bug fix I have yet to find any of the items in game like I was. Figured I should give a heads up on it. I have adjusted numbers both ways, gone to new cells after restarting and nada.

Thanks for updating. Since b42 added dipping and cigars/cigarellos/cartons, would you consider adding more tobacco items, similar to these lines too? Maybe even unify the actions to the vanilla animations and inventory commands? Thanks for your hard work either way.

@paybackofthefallen I am going to be updating this mod in the next few days to use the new animation for putting some chew in, and also for manually adjusting the spawn rate in sandbox options. That said, it can't be adjusted yet

I think this mod messes up when you get inside a vehicle in build 42. Error shows up and UI doesn't open.

@Drazion I leave the translation, to incorporate that just create the folders inside the mod and with something like notepad++ save the files inside (because some languages requires encoding), I will test them no problem

just in case, in notepad++ go to the settings -> preferences -> new document -> encoding
and select the one needed

@DRAGONOFTRUTH I haven't looked under the hood of the default function call for the cigarettes but I imagine that it would do what you're asking as I used the default OnEat_Cigarettes function that is called when you smoke a cigarette. The rest of the stuff that comes with the mod is custom models and textures. I'd have to test, and it's been a minute since I looked under the hood at the code itself, but IIRC that TimeSinceLastSmoked is the core variable that drives whether or not it resets the stress associated with not smoking.

Great mod, while this replaces needing ciggs and a light, I am wondering if using this mod with Dynamic Traits, would you be able to remove the smoker trait since you haven't exactly "smoked"?

not sure what it looks like under the hood code wise, but I think my question is;

Does using any of these dips trigger the "TimeSinceLastSmoked" and set it to 0?

Me and the boys love the mod for sure needs update with more flavors and stuff would love to see "Coping Black" The Copenhagen Bourbon that when used also intoxicates you and some Grizzly with a funny name much love <3
