I have see some video off it done to for example have a starting lance consisting off only a legendary mech variant for all 4 mech

Captains are terrible
and majors are somewhat competent, but they still dont understand what it means to spam attacks
wasnt at home for a while.
I've only had 1 Major like ever in any of my playthroughs and that dude was as good as my buddy in Co-op
Also note that the mod requires you to have the Heroes of the Inner Sphere DLC (just in case).
Is it required to keep this mod active after starting a career? Since this mod conflicts with PilotOverhaul , I would like to try to switch them after starting the game.
