Could you make a version of this for guard tenants? they have the same issue and I've got a colony on a planet with some very problematic flying enemies, which my guards all get 1 shot at each before running out of energy and just standing around as they die.

I find that my crew never, ever seems to run out of energy with this mod, even during extended engagements. I think you overestimate how much energy NPC weapons use. Maybe you could add a 20-energy version?

Awesome! Got it immediately after noticing how they have like no energy.

v Doubt you'll see this but they have a measly 10 energy and regen it in percentages, so they get about 1.5 energy a second
