@MaxFx: I solved the issue, I was using Vanilla+ roads and there were duplicates that I didn't want so I was using a skip file. Turns out it was causing those issues, clearing the file solved my issue. I still would love to have a way to hide those duplicate roads though

@mudurvekili: Try verifying the integrity of the game files. You can do that as follows:

- In Steam, go to 'Library'.
- Right-click on Cities Skylines, and select 'Properties' from the drop-down menu.
- In the menu that pops up, go to 'Installed Files', here you can verify them.

Any missing content (base game, DLC's or Workshop) gets downloaded and installed. So if a download starts in Steam, make sure it is completed.

@MaxFX: yes I am subscribed to every asset and it doesn't show as "missing" but "failed" I will reinstall my game and try again since the asset it fails to load is a vanilla road.

@mudurvekili: Are you subscribed to all the items listed on the right side of this page? These are part of the roundabouts. If one or more are missing the roundabouts with these road assets cannot be loaded.

If you use the 'Loading Screen Mod Revisited' you can let it create a missing asset report for you. After loading your game, go to desktop and open the report to see if there are any assets missing. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2858591409

Hello, my game for some reason cannot load Roundabout 6 but I have no issues with the other roundabouts in the pack, any help?

I was reviewing different things, and realized I'd never answered here. I know that I let you know it was working in other conversations, but wanted to note here that the suggestion you made did work and the pedestrian crossings do appear correctly once a nearby road is drawn (which can then be removed safely). This is just in case someone else comes looking due to a similar problem, so they know the fix. 👍‍

Thanks for fixing the pillar issue. I expect that whenever Steam notices the update to this pack it'll download it. Hopefully soon! 😀

@Dave: Yes, I've noticed this as well. It's quite annoying as it looks perfet when I save the roundabouts in the Editor, but when I place them in-game they're messed up like that.

For example, yesterday I fixed the pillar issue on the large industry roundabout (roundabout #5). In the Editor it looked great, but when placed in-game you need to use NC to square the corners like you mentioned.

I'm still struggling with this. Not sure if macsergey needs to take a look at his Node Controller. In any case it's gonna take some time to fix.

In the meantime I'm glad you found this workaround, and the pillar is no longer on the road in roundabout #5.

Oh, I was able to fix it - I used Node Controller and told it to square it up (upper right corner, looks like a plus sign), and that got rid of the grass. Go figure!

@MaxFX: And drat, just saw something else to report to you. Roundabout 8, please see the image here:

If you take a look near each of the "arms" of the roundabout, in the main circle part in the right lane, a patch of grass is showing through at each point. I don't know what's causing it - I completely leveled the area before plopping it, and even trying to use MoveIt to raise/lower things didn't get rid of the grass patch. Hopefully you can figure out what's causing that....

Oh, and just to provide confirmation, all of them did need to have a road drawn in order to clear up the overpass pedestrian sections.

@MaxFX: Just wanted to let you know that I had a chance to check - Roundabout 4 doesn't have the issue with the support pillars in the middle of the road. And in an astounding occurrence, there were actually lines showing in the nodes! I expect that was a fluke that will never happen again for me. 😆

Roundabout 7 was good, pillar-wise, and also showed lines. Roundabout 8 had no pillar problems, but no lines, either.

It's weird how *some* of these will display the lines and some don't..... 🤔

@MaxFX: Thanks. I haven't checked yet, but you might want to take a close look at any of the other roundabouts in this pack that include pedestrian over-paths to make sure none of them are doing the same thing. I'll try to check later today, but in the meantime, once you start working on that one, you might want to check the others just to be safe. 😉

@MaxFX: Hey, thanks, that did take care of it! Still no lane lines, sadly; I guess I'll have lots of lines to paint when I finally need to plop one of these for real. lol

One odd thing that I figured I should tell you about:

If you take a look at that picture, you'll see that the support posts are still actually in the right-most lane of the road. I'm pretty sure traffic will ignore those (I hope!) and just drive right through, but it does look a little odd. I don't know if that's something you can adjust or not, but wanted to at least make you aware of it.

@Dave: I think I know what you mean. Try this:

Right after placing the roundabout, build a small piece of any road next to it. It doesn't have to be close to the roundabout or even attached to it. Just a small piece of road.

For some reason the pillars are messed up right after placing, but after you build a small piece of road, they get normalized again. I've adressed this issue to macsergey (author of the Node Controller mod) as I believe this is because of his mod, though I'm not sure...

@MaxFX: Ok, I've got another problem... *sigh*

I've subscribed to all the modules listed in the Required Items section of the description here. I've tried plopping down two different roundabouts with pedestrian overpasses on them, and they won't build correctly. When I've got one selected, the image is correct and complete, but once I plop it, what is placed is kinda broken. Please see this example:

Pillars that should be holding up the outer walkways are in a road lane instead of off to the side out of traffic, and the pathways themselves are broken, misplaced Nothing is over the pillars, and there area sections that are just floating in the air.

Any ideas what could be causing this? 🤔

@urarakiroshi: After you've created multiple assets (.crp files). Move all but one .crp files to a different folder (for example a folder on your desktop). Now go to the 'Content Manager' and upload the asset that you left in the asset-folder. When you press the 'share' button, a window pops-up. In it there's a little folder icon. Press that, and the folder containing the PreviewImage, and .crp file pops-up. Put the other .crp files into that folder, and replace the PreviewImage with the image for your pack. Now hit the upload button and wait untill the upload is complete.

@Pamani: I agree, but I didn't want to add another road-asset to the required asset list. Yes, you can apply TM:PE settings since the update from 25th of January. Everything except timed traffic lights can be applied!! :steamhappy:

These are absolutely gorgeous!!! But there is one problem. The SMALL 4 LANE INDUSTRIAL ROAD that you have in the required items is the incorrect one according to LSM. The one LSM is pointing to is this one: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2026641752

Is that the correct one?

Also, amazing work in detailing with the newly included trees! These are genius. Thank you.
