make sure to disable the enhanced playermodel selector or just uncheck "Force playermodel" then it should work

Yes.. maybe you have an issue with another addon, try to find it, just search words like "ragdoll" or "damage" in your addons list.

it only works when i disable all my addons so its something i have thats conflicting. i have no clue what it is though
