Thank you for the reply Mr. Kinich, i appreciate it, and thank you for your hard work and dedication and contibution to this proyect as well.

I *think* that Celtic Paganism will convert fine; Egyptian might.

The new heresies won’t convert

This all requires the fanmade converter; it won’t work with the official Paradox one.

Is this mod compartile to exporting the save to EU4?

If I can get permission from the creator

So is this mod going to have the Carthage expansion plugged into it?
Hate Bear 7 May, 2022 @ 6:32am
Awesome. Thanks for answering.
Mr. Kinich  [author] 6 May, 2022 @ 10:32pm
As for Hellenic, in addition to the vanilla way, unlanded men of Roman, Italian, Serbian, Croatian, or any Byzantine culture have a chance to convert, decreasing as time goes on; if their liege has the arbitrary, scholar, mystic, lunatic, or possessed traits, they can convert with them; otherwise, you can have them educate your heir. Alternatively, there is a chain based on Plethon where the Byzantine emperor can try to convert if they empire is doing badly.

All religions also allow you to secretly convert if you control a holy site, or have a province of the religion in question.
Mr. Kinich  [author] 6 May, 2022 @ 10:32pm
Court wizards should appear very quickly if you are Celtic culture; I've never gone more than a year & a half without getting one. If you get a court wizard, you can reinstate the Celtic Rite; this will allow you to, after a short time period, embrace Celtic paganism either openly or secretly. There is also a very rare event for lunatics where you hallucinate some faeries showing up & can convert there.

Egyptian paganism is the hardest to convert to; the conversion event only occurs on the Hajj.
Hate Bear 6 May, 2022 @ 10:14pm
About what chance is there for the events to fire to go pagan if you're the right culture? Is there a more or less typical time to play before you get it?

I also tried the Let's Get PAGAN decision and didn't get anything even though I was supposed to be running "compatible" mods, so I'm trimming my modlist down to very very few on that.
sircharleythecat 21 Feb, 2022 @ 12:21pm
I see. That's very helpful. I should build a lot of temples then.
Mr. Kinich  [author] 21 Feb, 2022 @ 11:55am
All the standard ways to increase Moral Authority for unreformed pagans should work with Hellenic; build temples, control holy sites, successfully defending against crusades, etc.

Once Moral Authority is high enough, heretics should stop being a problem. I don't want to change anything about the code for how heresies appear & spread because heresies spreading at low Moral Authority is an intended part of the game.
sircharleythecat 21 Feb, 2022 @ 11:41am
Probably low, since it's unreformed Hellenism. Maybe granting independence and waging holy war (if able) would be an option? Not sure what the requirements are though. A ruler with different religion perhaps?
Mr. Kinich  [author] 21 Feb, 2022 @ 10:32am
This mod doesn't change the requirements to found a secret religious cult; it's still disabled through game rules. It also doesn't change the default vanilla event where a heresy randomly appears in a province. How is your moral authority when this happens? 'Random' heresies appear & spread much more often with low moral authority, so if Hellenic moral authority is extremely low then Titan Cultists spreading everywhere is WAD
sircharleythecat 21 Feb, 2022 @ 10:21am
Not sure. I only know it's a Hellenic heresy. But since it's from the ARR-mod it might not be included/affected by the vanilla settings. So it pops up as a new main religion all over the Hellenic counties. And then it spreads. And unreformed Hellenic faith is useless when it comes to converting.
Mr. Kinich  [author] 21 Feb, 2022 @ 10:14am
Is Titan Cult spreading via the normal heresy rules, or through secret religious societies? Because Titan Cult isn’t a secret cult, it’s just called Titan Cult.
sircharleythecat 21 Feb, 2022 @ 10:01am
Well, I tried playing as Hellenic Roman (with the original mod), but the Titan Cult always takes over county after county in both my provinces and neighboring ones. And the settings for cults/heresy is set to off.

I also use a mod which let's me set starting cultures and religions for different regions. It's compatible with the original ARR, but doesn't seem to generate Egyptian religion. At least with the Expanded ARR.
Mr. Kinich  [author] 21 Feb, 2022 @ 8:55am
This is the first time I’ve ever heard of that issue. Could you elaborate?
sircharleythecat 21 Feb, 2022 @ 1:59am
Does this mod fix the issue with the Titan Cult spreading like a wildfire even when cults/heresies are disabled?
Lord Xeren 13 Feb, 2022 @ 12:30pm
It does from what I read my bad either way I find using this with basic vanilla and cleansate fun as well.
Mr. Kinich  [author] 13 Feb, 2022 @ 12:28pm
Probably not; I was under the impression that Ck2+ had some Ancient Religion-ish content already, though.
Lord Xeren 13 Feb, 2022 @ 12:25pm
any chance this is compatible with the Ck2+ mod?
Mr. Kinich  [author] 8 Feb, 2022 @ 11:00am
I actually have a CleanSlate version of COW for my personal use already; I haven't put it on the workshop yet because I would like to incorporate some COW wonders other modders have created & I haven't gotten their permission yet.
Comrade Cyka 8 Feb, 2022 @ 2:27am
Hey, this looks great. Thanks for making this work with cleanslate. Do you think you could work on making Cities of Wonder CleanSlate compatible? Thanks!
