Love these. The only thing I see missing is the means to rotate the display so you have the freedom to mount the LCD any way you wish.

These are awesome they have become my go to programmable blocks. Mostly for aesthetic reasons, though it also allows me to customize the blocks so I know at a glance which blocks control which aspects of my ships. Also being able to walk in front of them like windows help streamline walkways, corridors, and room design.

This is my go-to programmable block because it serves dual purpose.
There is a slight bug though, not game breaking:

These are pretty, but sadly they currently don't have Small Grid variants- I assume you'll look into those after you work out some of the previously mentioned things that need a little bit of work with the current models?

The LCD scripts by this author are the ones I've tried to use on the LCD panels. It was on the Blue full and half panels. :steamthumbsup:

@sargonass, I got with my lights similar issue with collision like you with your screens in survival. There are two solutions: either you can re-export models but adding collision collection to BS1 stage (can be copy of main collision mesh), or in this case, because those blocks are basically mounted on wall exclkusievlkly, just add to SBC line:
<IsStandAlone>false</IsStandAlone>
<HasPhysics>false</HasPhysics>

first one will make block dissapear if block that display is mounted on will be destroyed/grinded down
Second will disable collision in this block

@Colonel Gant it is unfortunatelly issue with recent builds of either mwm builder (small program that converts model files to readable by game format) or SEUT (plugin for Blender 3d that allow us to create models for game). previously it added collision meshes to all collections, including build stages, now it is not. I am fairly sure that collision was created properly, but was not imported into build stages. Unfortunatly, Keen due optimalisation prevent to update collision meshes in real time, so collision mesh stay in same shape how was block rendered. I assure you that after reset of game collision mesh will be as it should be

Thanks for the feed back. Please let me know which models have issues with collision boxes and I’ll fix them tomorrow. Also which scripts are having issues with which models. I’ll test them out and try to correct the issues. I am happy you like the Ganymede tech line! Thanks for your support.

I like the idea of these. I tried them out and some LCD scripts don't work on them because it thinks it;s 5 x 3 text panel. Second, the bound box is very large. I installed one on the bridge of a small ship and I couldn't walk between it and my flight seat. Having an LCD panel and a programmable block in one is extremely useful. Thanks for your work . I use the entire Ganymede line of high tech equipment! :steamthumbsup:
