Dont know if im just dumb or what but i can not figure out how to get the hydro foils to work, i know the foils button but it wont work

this was for a build challenge so i probably wont go back and mess with it but you are welcome to break it apart and change it to your liking.

look at the port side stern or maybe the anchor holds up front. there is on there. i didnt add to many extra things if they were not part of the original design.
