that's not really the issue... if your steam isn't connected to friends it thinks you don't own any of the DLC's

ty, i'll take a look, but i know i've already cleared all my steam cache files, etc. just to get other mods to show up on the server

I've loaded it into my world without mods and it popped right in, there is a possibility your steam didn't load correctly and it might've missed your DLC, restart steam and open the game again.

i go to project this to build, and i get the message i'm missing some mods. i don't think it's dlc, as i have them all. what mods would i need please?
