Thank you for responding so quickly... The server I'm currently playing on has it. That's actually how I came across it. I was wondering if there was a way to purchase it for my account like a steam market item.

Right click on the page, "Copy page link" and send it to an admin from the server you're playing on. If you are an admin yourself, then if you have the plugin Skins on the server, use the command /skin add itemname SkinID. (/skin add wall.frame.garagedoor 2742376863)
