Any chance we would get a BICE compatible version? that is a mod with over 100k subscribers

No worries, I don't even think the most modern is applied, I think it's whatever is higher in the load order. I actually kinda want to explore making something similar to what you proposed, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it. My thing is is that, if it were possible, I feel like someone would have done it already. Who knows though?

I found out by testing that when using all your insignia mods the most modern is applyed, and aplyed to all nations unfortunately, not only USSR.
I can't blame you for being a modding noob as I have even less skills than you, namely none.
Still the idea for this mod is great.

No, I'm afraid, I'm not well versed in scripting. If I were able to figure that out, I would release the multiple year mods like poland and USSR in one mod that uses events or some shit.

If I use all of your USSR rank insignias for all periods will they change automatically in game when the year for change comes arround?
