You made an error: the Oil Drilling policy doesn't increase the Oil Supply or decrease the Oil Demand. That ticks me off because it doesn't make sense if you don't do it.

It's just based on the movie. It is kind of a mix of both governments. It doesn't really matter, though, it's just fiction :)

is this mod set in an alternate ending the the movie where a true republic is set up or is it the actual end where a syrian style democracy is in place? or does it not matter?

I can update the mod to see if it is a compatability issue, however this is most likely a fault on your end. Please try re-installing the mod again, making sure you've followed correct procedure. Also please note that you have to restart your game when you install the mod before it will work.

Some feedback:
*The international dump lacks a description.
*The holy grant is a bit too extreme. If you went for a rational approach, then it is logical (but should anger actual religious^^). If you want to go down the road of fun, then it should make a much smaller impact on both religious and socialists.
*Foreign Aid? Legal Aid? Some policies are a bit out of place if the state is a human right mess.
Suggestion:
You should check out the Palace mod from Gikgik. It just works so well with the concept of this mod.

okay but now the first time i subscribed it does not pop on steam workshop tab nor the country selection and now when i hopped on again its gone but it said i subscribed :/

When you subscribe to mods for Democracy 3, it doesn't install the mods. Make sure you go into the mods section, then click the steam workshop tab, and then click "refresh workshop content". It should then install the mod and then work!

There is one bug for me at least the flag appears tilted on the side with a steadfast opposite on the over side.
