Depends on the mod; some should work as-is, others may break something in either CK2+ or the CleanSlate mod in question. Depends on what files the mod overwrites. I don't know what files CK2+ overwrites so I can't say for each individual mod. I *do* know that someone made a patch for Cities of Wonders, so that one should definitely work.
