Hello, I have a quick question to anyone who might know. So I have recently downloaded this mod, without anything else but it doesn't work. I don't think it's the mods problem, because no other mod works either. I don't get an error message or anything, they simply don't change the game. Does anyone know what I should do? Should I have done something after downloading the mod?

It'd be nice if there were better instructions within the .rar as the comments in the example .xml are *very* vague. There's no hints about file structure, where the SpeedDice folder should be, etc.
Still, very impressive mod.

I was told that this mod could not be loaded properly because of the version of Mono.Cecil.dll in BaseMod, I changed Mono.Cecil to old version, but I found that most mods inherit version 0.11.3.0 Mono.Cecil.dll used by abcdcode, I am afraid it will not solve the problem if only I change the utils'version.

It might be because of the mod that uses Basemod for Workshop. This tools has been known for disabling mods the author did not liked it.

Then I get an error about MonoMod.Utils already existing. It might work on a clean install but I can't do that at the moment. Still, thank you for your patience.

I would suggest you to only enable this mod without any other mod. If it works then the issues is somewhere elses.

Okay I'm not sure what goes wrong then. Using BBE makes this mod work along with all the others mods but BBE brings bugs (notably breaks the key page change screen, problem that other people seem to have based on the posts on the nexus page). I thought the problem came from using basemod for workshop, but that doesn't seem to be the case either as disabling it doesn't fix the issue.
When this speed dice mod is enabled and I click ok on the mod list screen, I'm taken to the error log screen. I can scroll down quite far but the log is completely empty. When the game finishes loading, I can proceed normally (though the game asks if it should delete key page info it can't find, as it does when you don't use a mod anymore). Any mod that adds a storyline (like the Raven reception or distorted Xiao) doesn't work, and when starting a normal reception, the dice color is unmodified (tested against the Liu). If this speed dice mod is disabled, all the other mods work fine.

This version is standalone/workshop version. The ones on Nexus is for BBE. It is tested and worked with BBE not that it requires BBE. BBE is a mod loader that use Bepinex as its loader.

So wait, do I require BBE to get this working? It says same assembly name or something akin to that whenever I start up LOR. (Side note: What is BBE?)

Before initializer instance is created there is a try catch. Meaning any error will be logged and then proceed to next initializer. The mod overrides oninitializedmod instead of on constructor. This reduces the chance of breaking other mods even more. I can guarantee you this mod did not do anything malicious on the code. This mod has been tested and works with BBE.

In other words. There is no possibilities this mod can break all of your mod. You need to elaborate what is your error.

For some reason this mod conflicts with all the other mods I have. On starting the game I get an empty (but long) error log, and none of my mods work after that.
