All the playermodels for them have the same hands it seems, like when you have a gun its just the default combine hands/arms for all of them.

There are no NPCs that match these models 1:1, but the closest to that would be the original NPC replacements linked in the description already. ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2054055173 ) The metropolice isn't there and they lack any additional headgear but they are otherwise identical in their models and textures.

There is no NPC version of this specific addon.

i know it sounds dumb but theres so much versions of Jims its hard to sort. i have npcs but no backpack...

If you mean the ones in the pictures, those are just NPCs I swapped the models of with Prey's Model Manipulator addon and then animated with Rubat's Easy Animation Tool.

1. I don't really have plans to "make" more playermodels, seeing as this wasn't really a passion project and I didn't do much apart from turning Nemez's NPC replacements into usable playermodels.
2. I don't know if it's what you're looking for, but the original addon (the first one linked in the description) replaces the default combine soldiers with the ones in here.

This is too human for any combine to look like this.

Hopefully you'll have fun with these, I did the best I could with minimal blender experience and assets I managed to scrounge up from the workshop. This was supposed to be for practice and personal use at first but it's good to know that somebody else might actually get some enjoyment out of this.
