Thanks for informing me, that makes a lot of sense. I't's a really cool design and I'm learning a lot by examining it.

Hello chickenlord, thank you for giving me the oppertunity to talk about this :) a lot of ship deswigning has to do with advantages and disadvantages and every block of a ship has both. first about the containers. your correct more containers give more space but it also increases the total weight of the ship when they are full. I deliveredly limited the cargo space to help newer players to not overload the ship. about the Atmospheric thrusters. i could replace them with hydrogen thruster and make the ship even more manuverable in space. this would also increas the fuel consumption a bit and would reduce flying time on Planets by a lot. the Atmospheric thrusters are more fuel weight efficent in atmosphere and since the craft is ment to fly anywhere my Design incorperates them. your points are still vailid though, feel free to modify it as you like. Thank you for your question and dont hesitate to aske again.

building this right now(very cool btw, really appreciate the no dlc needed), and as I'm looking at it i'm wondering about a few choices. Why does it have so many conveyer junctions rather than small cargo containers? I'm fairly new to this game and it seems like small cargo containers would serve the same function but give additional storage. Also wondering about the fair number of atmospheric thrusters, wouldn't hydrogen thrusters be better for more maneuverability in space?

No DLC and no mods? I'm in. It's hard to find good ships these days without those requirements.
