can i use this to lift somthing from underwater

The hospital ship is pretty close to the lift limit of the rotors at ~60rps. Engine still has some reserves.
Note that the 48 containers in the screenshot are the old ones with 2499 mass, containers now weigh only 1499 mass so you could theoretically lift 80 containers.

It's a gps navigation system, didn't see the point in adding an autopilot since at 344 knots you'll arrive rather quickly anyway.
