No, sadly gravity does not effect the missiles. I'm sure there are mods of the vanilla missiles that add gravity and increase range but for pure vanilla the best you can do is player made missiles with thrusters and gyros etc

Does gravity effect missiles now? I have an extended range mod on and that could make this
a pretty awesome artillery piece.
