The agriculture/forestry tech tree is as immersive and rewarding as advertised. I planted at least one of each tree for testing and everything seems to work perfectly now. Turned my desert base from an industrial eyesore into an oasis, with no performance issues. Great mod!

Haven't encountered any such animation crashes yet, but by the description it sounds like worth having in general.

@Spectre the CTD fix isn't for like persitent crashes, it fixes this animation bug and a few other things that just happen in the game which causes CTDs.

Thanks for the advice, I will try the CTD fix, if I run into persistent crashes. For now I will do some more testing. I have a feeling that it might be related to placing too many objects at once.

The Kenshi Load Order Organizer, helps sort out the mess. Haven't had any major compatibility issues yet, but i am "only" using 50-60 active mods as of now.

@Spectre I use thicc too. So there is a ctd fix patch that helps with a lot of ctds that i use because my load order is rather insane. It doesnt install like a normal mod tho, here is the link. https://www.nexusmods.com/kenshi/mods/506

Cheers for the quick reply. It suddenly seems to be working fine. After the last crash, i loaded the latest autosave and all the trees had been placed successfully. I guess it autosaved while i was in the build menu. I played around with placing more ornamentals and no issues. Have yet to try fruit trees though.

I have the original mod installed and yours loads right after. I also have the "thicc foliage" mod installed though, which loads first.

@Spectre this might be an annoying dumb question but do you have the original mod installed and have it loaded before this mod? The only reason I ask is cuz the wood cutting tree assets (3d models) are in the vanilla game but the fruit tree ones and plant pots etc are custom models that Stilldoll used in his mod, so if you dont have that mod installed it wont work.

I enjoy the mod so far and the trees for harvesting wood work just fine, but when i place orchard trees or ornamental trees the game instantly crashes once i click on confirm. Any ideas why this might be? I will experiment with it and try to narrow it down.
