I do not know where to find the names of the toponyms of the Kenshi world and even more so to choose the right hieroglyphs, it is incredibly difficult for a non-Japanese. I could give the Japanese the source code of the map in Photoshop format so that he would do the work on the translation into Japanese.

this is a great mod, however if you dont have a mega pc, you can get lots of glitches. take that from my experience. other than that, its just stunning.

Just an idea for further improvement:
Sometimes when I search for something, the different lines are confusing me, so maybe some buttons at the map to toggle the different zones, roads and stuff on/off would be an good idea?

CertainDeath, I have noticed that the mouseover only works when you have actually visited the town, and it does not work for a town you have not yet been to. Perhaps that is your issue?

map is decent. nice symbols etc
but mouseovers dont work properly with this map (hovering mouse over a settlement to get details about it). works on some settlements, on some not (or i cant find the right spot to hover over?)

love it much more over the other nice map mod as it feels much more in universe and immersive with all the details the gurgler drawing was why i visited fishermen island for the first time because the other one just made me think it was a far away fishing village island so i didnt bother going

I agree with @Thundercraft, I really love your map, especially the clean roads and borders.

However, the zone names are a bit impractical due to their size and placement.

If feasible, can you make a "No Drawings Mode" map without the zone names or where the zone names are smaller and do not overlap with major roads and towns?

I really do like this map. It has almost everything I want.

That said, I'm a bit tempted to use Political Map , instead, because I can see how it would be useful.

Would it be possible to see a version of a map like this that is also color-coded for political affiliations like the above mod (with a color-code legend in a corner)?

Started using it now, cheers a lot man! Sorry to be annoying but would love to see a version without the grid or the drawings. I'd use that over the other versions as I only really care about roads + names, really appreciate it though :)

make sure that you are subscribed to have enabled the mod in the game launcher, also disable another mod (if you have one) replacing the map in the game

This would defo be the best map IF it had an optional version without all the distracting and frankly spoiler icons. Respect the effort as they're well done it's just my preference.

renturo's nice map does not work with other mods replacing the vanilla map, either one or the other, choose for yourself.

I wholeheartedly like it, but I think that by defauly the drawing should be ever so slightly more transparent so that you can see the minute details of the terrain if it is really needed
