Does this mod still work within build 41?

I tried loading it into a world save I already started but, it doesn't seem that any of the equipment is loading. Im having the same struggle with your NCR mod too.

power armor please, and you gotta make 2 versions one from fallout new vegas and one from fallout 4, it would be cool to see both versions, the vegas one is more like body armor with added protection and minor boost to all stats like an exo suit, while the fallout 4 version is built like a bulky iron man or 40k suit of armor, apologies for the full explanation crap, i hope this just gives you ideas of what to make in the future, btw really liking your mods in any case, keep up the good work.
