The cave teleporter in the mountain region is VERY broken. When I try to enter it, I get stuck and can't even turn my camera. When I die to escape, my game crashes.

pretty good, though I would recommend that there's more stuff - forts, caves- that can be added to the wilderness areas. you could also consider adding some more entrances for the sewers in the city as well.
