Tbh, you're better off building up the money to buy the real game. I'll admit, these are fun to mess around with if they work. I havent tried this one yet so, idk.

@Alucard_FTW You have to be on the map, ingame, and go to the saves tab in your item browser (when hold down Q you know) and find my save for this map and load it.

Spencerrivett, it isn't a map, its a save, and a very, very, VERY common bug with Garry's Mod is that saves tend not to work, no matter what you do. Believe me, your not alone in this problem of your's

@happy_jamaican03 @GannoHD you will have to search through the saves list in the menu in the top rated section.. i dont think garrysmod added the feature that when you subscribe to a save you can actually play it directly. sooo yeah

@polonium2000 i suggest you download the mods and to play on the map given. if it doesnt work then id suggest your missing something that i have no clue about XD, because the only thing this save needs is the addons and map and to be on the map while loading this save.

@tyly_04 im sure the watch dogs phone automatically works to put descriptions on every npc.. it works on citizens and rebels and all those humans.. if that doesnt work i have no clue..

@tyly_04 The watch dogs phone addon has automatic descriptions pop up whenever you hack a npc.. no description changes unless you delete the npc or restart
