Unfortunately not, both mods edit the startpos file, so they are not compatible.

Ahh yes, in campaign you need to find a settlement that allows giant recruitment. I changed the mythological unit recruitment location so that it is more accurate with mythology. The closest settlements to Troy that have giants are Kos in Melamphylos province (island in the south-east) and Scione in Phlegra province (in modern day Macedonia).

@MazingerZero Do you mean that in custom battles trojan factions can't select giant units? By default Odysseus and Hector's factions should have access to giants, but you can go to battle settings to unlock all mythological units for all factions.

I've tested it myself in the past, mods that affect god favour (gain or loss) do indeed affect gods from the mod (at least they did last I checked)

I was wondering if the mod that removes the favor loss per turn would affect your added gods.

If not, maybe you could make a submod with no favor loss but higher necessary points to unlock things, to balance it out.

Thanks! I tried adding the new mythological units to Penthesilea and Memnon war spoils, but it seems that they are hard-coded so there is nothing I can do about it :(

Odysseus's epic mission seems to be fixed, didn't work on the old save but it did on a fresh new game.

@Thrakerzod I have updated the mod to fix the Odysseus's Epic Mission. It should now require you to build a regular military building in the province. If you still conserve your save, could you check that the mission objective changed and can now be completed?

If you are talking about the quets for Homeric victory, no I did not create custom quests for the new lords, I think that creating questlines is beyond modding skills. If you are talking about the mythic expeditions, all factions have access to it.

Regarding the horde factions, I tried to give horde factions the same treatment as the settled ones, but their mechanics are too different, so as you say Memnon and Penthesilea don't have access to some features of the mod, they do have access to all Gods and temples but not to custom war spoils or mythic units. Memnon, Penthesilea and Odysseus are they heroes who do not have access to all the features of the mod due to their peculiar faction mechanics.

ok, thank you. I'll play some other campaigns and keep my eye out for similar issues (do the new mod lords have any mythic quests?)

also I don't think Memnon has access to most of the mod stuff, the new mythic units and gods don't seem to be added to the spoils of war mechanic (though he can at least get favour from the new gods through hecatombs and the temple horde buildings). I'd assume that Penthesilea would have the same issue but I've not checked her yet.

Thanks for the warning, I didn't know that a quest required to build the Labyrinth Garden in Minoa settlement (Cyclades province). I will fix this issue in the next update, I am going to change the required building for the quest.

since this mod seems to remove the Labyrinth Garden from the Cyclades province it seems to make Odysseus's Epic Mission questline impossible to complete.

@Thrakerzod When I developed this mod I wanted to represent the Greek mythology as the only existing one. For instance, according to the Epic Cycle Memnon is the son of the Greek goddess Eos. There is a concept known as "interpretatio graeca" which refers to the Greek efforts to explain other mythologies such as the Egyptian religion in terms of perceived Greek analogues. For example, for the Greeks Ra is Helios, Horus is Apollo, Osiris is Dionysus, etc.

If you play the Truth Behind the Myth mode then the recruitment locations are not altered, so you won't be able to recruit the custom mythic units.

I do not recommend to turn the mod on if you aren't going to play the Mythos mode. Instead I would use my "Gods of Olympus" and "Heroes of Troy" mods, whose features are not limited to the mythos mode.

@Tacitus The mythic units are recruited from their respective buildings like in the vanilla game. Be aware that I have changed the settlements where a mythic unit can be recruited to make it more friendly with Greek mythology, for example you can now recruit cyclops on Mycenae and the sphinx on Thebes. Check the icons on the left of a settlement's name, they will tell you what mythic unit you can recruit on that settlement.
