@BeastQuake
I am not entirely sure where the vanilla multiplier is applied, I believe you should leave it at 1.0 in the mod, but you should be able to easily test this out by comparing the xp gained popup.
@Legois sure, have a look into the discussions, I created a thread with the Trash Loot Table and all probabilities there.
@Prysh I dont know, does it alter fishing code? I assume it should, just load this mod last.
Also is there any list of garbage that can be caught?
@Carecation yes, bait fish generation has not been touched and should work the same.
in old version, unify the new fish size code name with the "Prize", and just add to IG_UI_(otherlanguage).txt "IGUI_Fish_Prize" code, new size fish name is changed to other language.
@>) Probably the most wholesome response I got so far
We've decided to name our new fishing shack with your honor, MC's Rest for short, even tho it's just an ongoing project atm. But I'll be honest here, this place might be our new base from now on, at least for a while. Again, you have our utmost appreciation!
Also I caught nothing today, barring a couple of 10-inchers, sadface :'(
The only thing I could ask for is just the feature of showing how long the fishs we caught in respective langauges, so we can keep a competition going XD btw I caught a crappie of 128cm
It's just kinda sad and somewhat worth pondering that me and the others are now so addicted to fishing in a video game which is essentially a virtual reality, but what the hell it's fun lol
I disabled this feature per default and added an option to the sandbox vars.
I ran through the codes and files and realized you didn't add any new items into the game, the mod is still using the vanilla fish names.
But for reasons I cannot grasped on, the fishs everyone caught will have their names in english instead of that player's game language, which is a mystery to me. If it's simply the lacking of template I'd have gladly done that myself for this fabulous mod, yet that might not be the case here.
@»MadMaN‼ thanks for pointing this out, fixed
Translation is something that I currently simply dont find the time for to build in. Please feel free to contribute on github.
For the sandbox issues I would need some pointers. I simply define the sandbox options just as other mods like Skill Recovery Journal, it should behave the same. If someone know what needs to be done differently, please reach out.
I updated the mod to fix possible nullpointer issues that may have been the cause for the behaviour Valkerion was descibing. Please let me know if your issues are solved.
@ MassCraxx May I ask an update for this? There are quite some fishing addicts in our server now and we really can't help it lolol
If you are not satisfied with seeing something written in a worldwide language then translate it yourself ?
