Yeah I know, and that's confusing me because nothing has really changed internally appart the animation itself, I've got no idea why it happens to crash once, but at least it doesn't happen afterward
Thanks a lot, but yeah it could be better, the editor just doesn't really let me do smoother displacement of sprites layers (or I haven't figured how yet) thus why the puffs have a pretty linear way to scale up/down and move around, I'd have to animate it in different software and make a sprite sheet out of it for the game eventually
@Louis Catchet
Thanks, and yeah I know, the editor didn't really gave me a good sense of scale, it was even bigger before I try to shrink as much of each individual layers as possible so it doesn't cover up 1/3rd of a room, in the end I stuck with *this* big, It takes some getting used too but unless you're playing a mr. foetus + scatter bomb run, you should be fine, although it'd looks stupidly fun
Well.. I'd have to make a separate mod where their animations (and maybe every other bosses) that uses the explosion animation doesn't use it anymore but that's.. not really something I'd like to bother with, it's not something I can fix by just working on the explosion alone
with tiny bombs too but for now I have no idea where this comes from
ah? yeah it might be, I've actually increased the explosion's volume on purpose because it felt too quiet compared to the music (when music and sfx were at the same level) but if that's really an issue I'll do that
