I'm not sure about the state of this mod, but I'm no longer supporting it. Thank you for the interest
you have been credited accordingly, & a FR is waiting for contribution bonuses, if you wish for it
let us know if there are any issues
No matter if i take sleeping pills, and/or stay awake for days on end. He just NEVER gets tired.
It's also caused the issue where the huge boost to stats it gives when you put it on, and removes when you take it off, has caused my Strength stat to go back to WAY below what it originally was before equipping the suit for the first time.
Don't get me wrong... I really like the suit, and had been specifically looking for it for awhile. But the whole "never need to sleep" thing is starting to throw me off a bit... >_<
also, vanaukas gave me an idea. what if, instead of the full thing, it was just the bare frame and you could find variou sand "upgrades" strewn across the wastelan--imean, the county? each module would have different purposes, like better medical, better carpentry, carry weight, etc. (and you could also craft it i guess) - each piece would only be able to be worn and visible if you have the base frame, and the full set would give a bonus strong enough to fill both strength, fitness, and nimble up to 100%. (each piece separately only has a fraction of the thing that adds up together)
Since you are encouraging code use, I have to ask you a question. It would be possible to add just 1 level on top of the current level of the character? For example, if the character has 3 of aiming, then it would be 4 with an item with that kind of code and so on. Let me know if I wasn't clear please!
What do you mean by balanced version? Do you have any suggestions?
Yes. you can copy, modify and distribute the code as much as you want in your mods.
I think it's a great idea a fallout version. I wish you success.
thanks
Wish you the best luck mate, your work deserves recognition
Love your ideas. I'll seriously consider them.
thank you and enjoy it
tbh, it sucks being copied, but there's nothing I can do. It's just a fact of life.
He could at least give me some credits, pointing to the original mod page
And maybe armor to match the theme of exo as well? Cage (Minimal armor lightest and can be crafted?) Protective suit (Medium armor perhaps?) and Military Plating (Heavy, found in military places and or police riot varient). Combine all three to become Iron Man!
Olympic Exo-skeleton: current one implemented (maxes out strength, fitness, nimble.)
Giant Frame: Strength Focused
U(sani)-Bolt Frame: Maxes Fitness
Cat-Frame: Maxes Nimble
Olympic Exo-skeleton: current one implemented (maxes out strength, fitness, nimble.)
Giant Frame: Strength Focused
U(sani)-Bolt Frame: Maxes Fitness
Cat-Frame: Maxes Nimble
Construction Frame: Bonus to short/long blunt, metal work, carpentry, eletrical
(Some overlap of these two)
Engineering Frame: Bonus to mechanic, eletrical, metal work,
House Assistant Frame: Farming, short sharp, cooking, short blunt first aid
Bush Camper Frame: Fishing,
Now for those who want to be a Real MANN! And face those zombies head on i got just the thing. Combat suits!
Gladiator: Spears, long/sharp with increase to nimble and strength
Riot: Long/Short Blunt with sprint, strength, and nimble mixed in (Added armor?)
Rifle Man: Aiming, Reload, Sprinting and Strength (Short Blunt/Sharp).
These are all the ideas I got. Feel free to mix and match what you want with them
Thanks for the awesome Mod! -Catnip
P.S as for not exo cybernetics? Not sure, start simple like specific skill increases. Like a HUD helmet that increases one stat like a First HUD, Carpenter HUD, etc.
if you're playing a singleplayer game, you can also use the debug menu to create an item. Try using the F12 key to instantly create the item in your inventory
I'm going to add texture and spawn points in the next update
either game event or cheat menu/F12 hotkey (single player)
'im going to add texture and spawn points in the next update
I will eventually. Gotta finish a couple of mods before. Stay tuned!
After that, you can create any item you want. Look for "exoskeleton" in the Item List.
Maybe, next update I'll make easier to create the ExoSkeleton from a menu for single players
