Is there also a DISTRESS beacon involved in this? I just found one deep (~3.5k down), and it was a sub being bounced on a volcano. Couldn't even get into it.

For those asking, this mod works fine, but as stated above, it may not work for modded wrecks. Please consult the mod maker of your current wreck expansion mod for assistance.

i wish it could differentiate between a wreck and a thalamus but idk if that's even possible unless you can store items in one?

Yup. It still does. Though a little selective on what wrecks warrant getting the SOS beacon.

It is, but that can bring issues like too many beacons or no beacon at all.

my apologies, one appeared today on radar, aparently all the wrecks i encountered on my own didnt even had a reactor room for the cabinet to spawn =_=

This doesnt seem to work if you had ur game started on spanish,coz i just crashed near a wreck and the was no ping, and the wreck cabinet have ample space left

Just a thought, have you thought about doing a slightly different mod that only adds SOS signals for some wrecks and not others? Like it's unlikely that every wreck or most will have working electronics.
