It will work with any mod that uses the country tags shown here. I doubt it will work in kaiserreich.
To modify the major tags extract the mod folder and replace them with the countries you also want to add.

I have a question.

You said that this mod should: "Should work with any historical mod (Majors TAG). If a mod changes price of resources, or majors tags, this mod would require an edit (very simple) to make it compatible."

I want to use this mod with any sort of total overhaul mod, such as Kaiserreich, TNO, EaW, etc. What sort of edit should I do to make it compatible?
