You won't make a wristband out of these. the process goes through and the flag disappears. But no wristband. Did I miss a setting?

to be honest you should not need to binarize it as for header file mikeros and addon builder make that i never have that file generated its done auto not by me

yes it is, but if i binarize files over addon builder, Texheaders.bin no create and mod no work, if i packed without binarize, mod work, but in folder .pbo is config.cpp, is not config.bin.

you just need to delete textheaders and convert the config.bin into config.cpp using dayz tools for edits make all your changes then just repack
