Yea. it replaces the texture on the team colored parts so you can color it with the Hat painter.

You can find it in Games. on the TF2 one.

We need more paintable stuff like this on the workshop! I'd love to see other cosmetics added like the Delinquent's Down Vest for scout (please? I know you guys use a paintable model sometimes).

"A: If it was paintable. it could cause Team Confusion to the Players."
If people didint get that there is no team coloring, theres a problem
