i needed 10 seconds, was it intended to be fast swapping portals?

Hey I did a blind playthrough with commentary of this chamber on youtube! I would love a recommendation of other chambers of you to play on youtube :)

There needs to be more quick thinking ones like this. I liked it.

These chambers are all quite nice and all, but why is the general layout of the sphere's external areas exactly the same and seems to copy the 1960 map made by an author named somejew?

Your puzzles are original of course, but it seems you were a bit lazy with using a generic layout of each starting and ending area - made by someone else.

I can tell you a glitch I found (but probably not your fault). Drop a cube, port a funnel to push the cube up in to the dropper mechanism. Hit the button to fizzle the cube with the funnel still on. Cube seems to jam the mechanism. Remove funnel and it took me 3-4 more fizzles before new one finally dropped.

Small and too easy.

I kinda have to agree with you on that. It was difficult for me to create more puzzles like this without recreating the same things. thanks for playing!

The only thing to solve here is figuring out there's nothing to solve. Once you get that, you realize it has to be a timing exercise. You gotta be spot on with the cube release. Granted I was originally abusing portals on the edges of the surfaces to get myself on the button, and again trying to abuse edge portals to cross to the far side, but after a few failed attempts I figured out what you were really after. Decent map. So far this is the only one of the Cake Chronicles I actually liked. All the others have been pretty straight forward simply carrying boxes .

please tell me what they are

I don't think you need more hints; testers can easily check what can take a portal and what cannot... Still haven't seen any cake...? ;-)

My favourite chapter of the Cake Chronicles. :-)

I will put a lightbeam above the white panel where the cube lands, maybe then it's more visible and logic that it's portalable. thanks for playing everyone!

At first I was like "is this doable?", and then I saw it :) good puzzle

Took me a long time to find out that the surface under the box was portalable !
