Yes an update that restricts the AI in GC to a very high unit cap. The game breaks when they show up with 97 Capital ships. But otherwise great mod good work :D

Hi, this mod creates a green box that blocks out my map. I only have this mod enabled + 4.0.
Is there anyway to fix this green box?

Im using notepad++ for this. If I am correct, it should be called "Space_Tactical_Unit_Cap". There should be a value that says "150". Just change it to whatever you want. I did 500.

So, a quick tip for everyone, find the following folders: steam -> steamapps -> workshop -> content -> 32470 (that's the SW EAW folder for me, if it's different for you then figure it out) -> Remake folder (find it aswell, it should be all numbers) -> Data -> XML, then find the FACTIONS.xml and change the unit cap yourself, it's that simple

Yeah i figured it out on my own. Its in the steam launch options of the game. Why not just mention that. Would prevent alot of hassle for people.

@project_dark_grey right-click the game in the list on the far left, go into Properties, and then paste that in the Launch Path field. From there, you can launch straight into the mod by choosing FOC in the popup while launching the game

idk, it's 4.0.9v i think, also mod loading order makes difference, sadly the remake is too much for the game to handle so expect random crashes when playing!

I think remake had an update, and playing with the infinite unit cap mod brings the game back to the former version, causing some bugs. One example would be the Vindicator having 2 additional weapons in the main mod but not when this one is used. The bug with the AT-PTs only happens with this mod being used, not with remake alone.

Have a bug in galactic conquest where AT-PTs spawn infinitly and end up being everywhere making the game lag and unplayable ... don't know if it is the this mod or remake.

Look for files with the variable <Additional_Population_Capacity> for the planetary and building increases. For actual battle unit cap increases, look examine the files contained in the 2x mod to find whatever variable affects unit capacity (I don't remember what it was), then use my guide for infinite unit cap, but modify the unit maximum to 2x their previous value instead of the unit files.

would a 2x popcap mod be possible? the other one currently available courrupts my saves since most recent CGW hotfix. A 2x air and space pop cap increase works magneficently though.

I have no clue why that is. I may need to update this because the most recent Remake update was on the 21st. I will try to do it on the weekend, but it may end up waiting for a while. I can also add another developer to help keep some of these things updated if anyone wants to volunteer.

Im having the same problem as Karchedon, My vehicle units wont move once deployed and only infantry will move.
