@Velocity With Betabound, yes. Probably with Ancient Cosmos too. I don't use Ancient Cosmos, so...

Question, is this still up to date with both mods?

Considering that's a good point, though bad news for me since I use arcana, ancient cosmos and betabound at the same time, I guess I won't be able to fuse epp augments to be immune to all ambient environments :ryanscared:

@Rnova2 it's a suit tech (for the 4th tech slot Betabound adds). it wouldn't really be an integration mod if it didn't use Betabouns's features

Using a tech to produce immunity to an environmental effect seems to me not the best option. I have a suggestion instead of a tech use an EPP augment for the backpack, this has been proven to work very well in other mods (like Arcana for example)

I'll adjust the drop rates, thank you!

Yeah it's definitely this mod, I have 10 essence now and 4 of the other essence, and I am seeing things like ancient blocks in the chests now which I never came across with this mod installed.

I think I finally found the culprit.

This might just be placebo, but I spent 4 hours across cosmic planets searching every ancient chest I could get my hands on. Every single lootable container on these worlds had one of the music tracks inside of them, and trash loot. I never once got an ancient essence.

I turned this mod off, and on my first planet I have already found 2 ancient essence and the other yellow oubilet or whatever essence.

I don't know how the loot tables for chests work, but I strongly believe that this mod was mucking up the loot pool and making the essences impossible to find.
