is it possible for you to improve the tracking system? Currently it only follows behind targets, it would be very nice if it could keep the crosshair centered on the target, not behind it. It would be even better if we could manually adjust the crosshair on top of the tracking, if that's even possible

Even if it was just a hint to indicate that it's on or off.

would it be possible to add a visual aid for when the system is engaged?

would be great to just see a little padlock icon or something come up somewhere when using it just so the gunners dont forget they have it on.

@221B I see. As it stands now, I use a command from the game, which makes writing the mod easy, but it has the downside of having an offset with some target types.
I might look into fixing it, but it will probably take a while, if I can even get to it, as I'm rather busy.

When I using Shift+U lock the turret onto a target. It will move my crosshair a bit high. Makes me can't laser(to get distance) and hit hard on the target.

Can't seem to make the turret lock on an enemy vehicle.
It always locks on the ground instead.

@S. Lilley To lock a gun on a target, look at them and press Ctrl + T by default. This will put the gun on to target tracking. Same with things like drone or commander sigh lasers.
That aside, super helpful mod!

Guess I read it wrong, but I was hoping this would lock the gun on a target, not just lock the gun.

@Frosted Vert If the current keybind fails, the turret should face straight forward matching the hull. However I can add a second keybind that does that regardless.

I've been looking for something like this for years! What a godsend. Would it be possible to enable it for the commander, so the turret can be fixed straight ahead while doing road moves? Whenever I'm unbuttoned with an AI crew the turret is all over the place and makes it impossible to look around with binoculars. If the turret matched the hull, winding roads wouldn't throw me off while I'm looking around.
