I do wanted to clear out how Hylotl in the base game do Indeed have hair other than fins.
Now that I realize it, perhaps, you could see them as an extension of quills, or very thin like-fins, if you think hard enough.
Or the simple concept how, since the Protector create all races, he granted some of them similarities, especially in their cultures.
But still, thanks for having this option, whitout removing the original fins!
Now I can have both things together!
