guys it works for me cuz i have all the stuff it needs and i found out a way to make it like a deploy just use a weld on the car to the ground and boom when you try to drive it wont move .

for the stupid people to deploy you need pac3 then go into a map, hold c, press the pac 3 icon press pac on left top, press wear, and then press pac again, press exit and boom you reweared pac
