Report a translation problem
A workaround could be that not every single upgrade would be researched, but just the upgrade tier levels. So in praxis you would first get the vanilla techs, then when you have them the first upgrade level becomes available. Instead 9 techs only having to research 3. To balance that out those levels could cost 3 times as much, which i dont think anyone would mind.
I have removed all changes for tier 1 techs
Fix for tier 1 techs.
(For tier 1 techs mod only changes icons).
This solves the problem of resource extraction for small empires.
