i dont really know release details but all i can say is that my greatest estimate is that its gonna either be out this summer or before school lets out for me

The one you have linked was a business car used by PRR higher ups and was not seen regularly on Pennsy trains.

Yes the T1 is currently being worked on, Artman is creating the prototype version and I’m making the production version with its different variants.
