I love this mod idea but your mod image very subtle and hard to know really what it is, I suggest redesigning the main image for this mod. (almost passed it by)

Initially, he was conceived this way, I have already developed factions, quite successfully, but it is very difficult for one to do all the work, especially in a global fashion. Now I have a designer, which gives me confidence. However, he needs something to pay for the work. At the moment, the mod does not change the game much, and may be suitable for vanilla. However, in order to avoid errors, it is recommended to start a new game.
