You can look at the code of Metabirth's Plumboy character for some help coding a pocket active item for her, and the code of the Rebekah mod (Repentance version) for help coding a hardcoded passive ability. She can have a double-tap dash similar to Baby Plum's attack where she dashes and shoots tears in a spiral pattern.
