Its a great mod but last week I was playing a game I had been running for a while and suddenly the habitat were popping up everywhere. I know there was an update last week so must have messed it up

this works great as the AI doesn't habitat spam and drop my game performance to like 10 seconds per in-game day

It would be easier to turn off the option for AI to choose Void Dweller than try to adjust AI weight for habs just for Void Dwellers.

I also have trouble getting this to work on the latest patch, unfortunately. I just tested and AI is still building some. I have a long mod list, but I assumed putting it last should do the trick...

Not working for me at the bottom of the mod list. Any suggestions? AI is spamming habitats. I am playing with gigastructures and have habits disabled through that too..not sure if a double negative would cause it to not work although my experience with giga structures is it didn't stop them either.

Hey just wondering if i'm missing something, because the AI are still spamming Habitats. Is there an in-game setting that i need to activate?

2. Gigastructures
3. Additional traits

It should work on 3.9.*, because there are no changes in 3.10, it's the same code, just the line responsible for the version has been changed
You can change the version manually by opening descriptor.mod file via any text editor and changing the line supported_version="3.10.*" to supported_version="3.9.*"

@Lyrae thank you for the time spent on this mod. This is the only mod I use and I find it absolutely necessary for my PC in order to avoid a small explosion.

OOI, how can G**as be overriding the Habitat curb of this mod, when eLbot has 'No AI Habitats' below G**as in his load order? Ain't that strange!

(2 Pages ago and @Nicelander starts to discuss the same issue).

Thanks for the insight and giving me another suggestion for reducing the habi spam, will dig deeper into the gigastructure config at this point.

That is Gigastructural overwriting habitats, though that has it's own habitat reduction mechanism so that only void dweller or toxic knights will build habitats on a 20 year cooldown

Unfortunately does not seem to be working for me currently. On three runs AI still seems to recognise habitats as a viable pop growth option eventually bogging down the game.

In order to avoid conflicts, it is recommended to keep this at the bottom of the list. I haven't checked gigastructures yet, last patch made fundamental changes to habitats, if that mod uses old data template then yes, it not compatible at this moment

Must be a mod conflict or wrong loading order, in game with this mod only the AI does not and cannot build habitats under any circumstances
