sorry for the late response, but the turret should have the STAB off by default right? unless they changed something...

pretty sure thats already been done, and i did try that once... not big brain enough to figure it out lol. it would require work with a lot of actual coding and stuff.

what if you made a artilary based rotary weapion that isnt made to fire using line of sight instead it uses gps or some sort of radar network to fire extremly long distances and bombard targets

it mounted the turret on a basic ship im working on

and the chaff just gets spammed out when anything gets near

hmm yeah i thought i added a system where it only launches chaff after the previous one had dispersed. its also supposed to only launch chaff when its locked not just pinged, so what exactly is happening? if its spamming the chaff out its broken and ill have to fix it.

noticed the chaff system tends to be very sensitive, launching every chaff cause im towing a ship

@Kyoryu! a bertha cannon takes around 19 seconds to reload not to mention they're very large

not having a go just stating why a bertha version may be impossible

might be able to, only problem with that is it starts to get very front heavy. which when rotated puts whatever ship its on off balance and might capsize or sink.

sometimes firepower isnt everything, plus this thing by itself can evaporate ai warships in 3 seconds flat. unless you have the improved conquest mode mod
