This sounds exactly like a problem someone else was having for another one of my mods last week. We were able to fix the problem by uploading the mod to Paradox and subscribing to it there. Give me some time and I will upload it later today, and then you can try it out :)

also when i set ironman mode on regular difficulty, i still can get achievements.

1. Does the mod show up in the hoi4 launcher?
2. Did you try refreshing the cache?
3. Did you add the mod to your playset?
4. Are you using any other mods that affect Switzerland?
5. Is the entire mod not loading, or are certain aspects working (resources, national spirit, all technology, etc.)?
6. Did you try to Unsubscribe and Re-Subscribe to the mod?
