that should definetly not happen if you use DABFL with the settings i recommend. I also get plenty of other lost

if you meet too many Nemesis per pod ... i suggest using Diverse Aliens by Force Level Mod with those settings: bAffectTheLost=true and bIgnoreMaxCharactersPerGroup=false and bIgnoreSupportedFollowers=false. It is up to you if you want rules to add more lost during FL progression. but these settings alone should help

Loving this mod, but the spawning needs throttling. I get +10 units per turn in my games, that's hardly doable. Also, in many missions, seems no Lost units spawn anymore, only Nemesis. That's on purpose as well? Any settings I can adjust? tx!

It should remove Nemesis from Advent. But some people have reported that this didn't work for them. If it happens to not work for you, you can comment out the spawn lists in the original Mod

I was looking into that after I made Nemesis join Lost. It may be possible, but as far as i could see G-Virus needs Civilians to trigger them. So i shyed away from it.
Not saying it won't be done in the future :)

Ooh, I did not know that about DABFL, where would I go to find the log files please?

And yeah, I'll give it a few missions, lets just say the mission it was happening on was not winnable, an ambush mission with three soldiers, against about 8 or so Nemesis in the third turn :(

That makes sense to me about the headshot thing, thank you!
Hmm, maybe the issue for me then was that the Nemesis Pod that did spawn, randomised to have all his followers be Nemesis as well, which with how many I have for my Flood count, might have been the issue.

Maybe if I change his follower list so that Nemesis is a rarer follower and that Flood / Parasite Zombies are more common, do you think that might help me out?
I'll also try reducing the spawn weight of the Nemesis Units too, just to see if that helps

They are part of Team Lost but not Lost themselves, so that they are not headshottable is pretty normal.

As you can see i have both Flood and Nemesis units in my Flood Missions. You could try reduce spawn weight of the Nemesis units. Especially Leader. As I have set it up is Nemesis can only be inside "Nemesis Pods" so if a Flood Pod Leader is chosen he won't have Nemesis Followers.

So tried this out last night (Along with my changes to make it so Nemesis appears on both Lost and Advent now) and it seemed like all of the Lost were replaced by Nemesis!
I don't know if that's because I messed something up somewhere or because I added the mod mid campaign, but I'm hoping I might be able to fix this issue with some help please?

I'm also using The Flood mod, Diverse Alien by Force Level and Configurable Pod Sizes, which are the only mods I feel could affect this sort of issue at all. If anyone can help me with figuring out why the Lost seems to be being completely replaced by Nemesis, that would be great!

In a slightly unrelated note, it seems that even though Nemesis is on the Lost team, he doesn't grant a free action after you kill a Lost version of him, don't know if this is intended or not within this mod, but thought I should bring it up.

Oh also, does this disable Lost headshots, or do I need to do that myself?
Because if it does do it by itself, how would I disable that please, as I tend to have a LOT of Lost coming at me (Funnily enough, with the Flood mod too)

If you use Diverse Aliens by Force Level remember you need to keep bIgnoreSupportedFollowers=false or you may have mixed things. And to put Reaper and Collectors out of Quaranteene if you use the Raider Unit Manager

Well lore wise, Nemesis for Advent is just one with a control chip implanted that they "borrowed" from the Lost faction ;)

But that's good to know how I could use this to have more Nemesis, thank you! :D
I'll also grab your other Lost Mod too, since now I know that also moves all of those units to the Lost instead of on Advent too! :D

not without changes. I removed the Nemesis from Advent. You can get them back to them though ... just delete all Lines that start with -SpawnDistributionLists in XCOMEncounterLists and -SupportedFollowers in XCOMGameData_CharacterStats.ini

But ... how you would make sense of that in a Lore Perspective ... no idea :)

Quick question, if I use this with the original Nemesis mod, does that mean I can fight "Advent" Nemeis and "Lost" Nemesis in the same game?
Because honestly, just more Nemesis sounds amazing to me! :D

i did move all the Nemesis type ones into Lost spawn lists except the Ruler. The Ruler is if i understand it correctly a special encounter, i changed that encounter so he should spawn into team lost with the encounter. When Nemesis summons a Parasite Zombie it is in Team Lost too according to my tests.

A quick wonderance, did you move all of the Nemesis type enemies into Lost spawn lists, including the 'Ruler' version?

Did you move the parasite zombies that spawn from it, supporting it and preceding it along with Nemesis?

Also, fantastic work yet again: you keep taking the leg work out of configuration editing like a storm. I salute you Comrade Stukov.

I tested it out and have done some support for the Flood conversion. No problems there, and i don't think there will be any problems with others as i just add Nemesis to the Spawnlists. Depending if you want mixed Pods you do want to adjust the SupportedFollowers though
