Yea, this one has four buildings, and the download therefore has four copies of all the textures, but they will all be shared in game with the loading screen mod, along with every building in the collection

I share your opinions on unoptimized assets, and I extend that to buildings as well (looking at you, recently published hotel building) ;)

@ChrisAdams3997 thanks for clarifying, reason I asked was because I was a little put off by the 11 MB size. Sounds like these are optimized to the bone, which is fantastic. Def add the numbers as soon as possible, so you can show off that tri count

I put a lot of my learning effort while making these into making sure they were optimized to where players could use them without worrying about performance. It’s my personal pet peeve at this point when I find some little prop you can barely see except zoomed all the way in that someone was just sure needed a 600 tri lod and 512 px of texture space

I need to get around to adding that for the whole collection. Tri counts are on the low end, lod tris for this particular building I do remember, only 74 for each building (so double that for the lots with two buildings). Lod textures are 128x128 d,c,n,i,s. Every release in this collection shares a 1024x1024 main texture d,c,n,i,s,a, so if you are using the loading screen mod, it’s got a very low ram impact

Nice work. What are the stats on the model and maps?

townhouses like this aren't very common on the workshop, it's nice to see some!
