Hey, I don't know if still update this mod or not but I am also getting an issue where it seems I somehow start with both Iron Crosses. I finish my first patrol and it makes progress on the German Cross, but if I look at my captain he has no medals. Very weird. This is the only mod i have installed.

I dont recall you start whit any medals in vanilla maybe if you use UBE mod and starts a career later in war whit a famous captain.? but im not shure about that:)

the things you talk about are allready in the base game ,the only thing this mod do,is changing the amount of points you need to get those medals.

On a September 1939 first patrol mission my captain returned and the Deutsches Kreuz was shown to be his next medal he was working on. He already had the EK I and EK II But no U-Boot badge.. At the end of his second patrol he received his U-Boot badge. Is this being done by this mod?
BTW: tha Deutsches Kreuz was not created till September 1941. It should not be an option in 1939-40

it requiers a new career start. but thers a mod that reloads the datasheets in workshop i havent tested it but if it works you shouldent need a new career start. (seartch for Reload Datasheets)

im still testing it at the momen but it will take some time to know how it fully works.

Does this change require a new safe? Historically, yeah that tonnage is over the top. I think the deck gun is way overpowered in manual mode but sadly all the 88mm nerf mods are bugged :( I think you could not earn both iron crosses irl during 1 mission but I may be wrong.

To prince of darkness,Kraft,and Caseyjones. i have changed some values to make it harder to get medals and tested it whit UBE and it works for me but be sure to put this one in the bottom of the modlist under UBE (may have been the issue but not 100% sure)

And just saying historically to sink 80-110 thousand Tons on One Patrole dident realy happend every day, infact just only once.
And if you did you should clearly earnd all of your medals then and a clap on the shoulder by ther Furer himself.

Yeah Im also using UBE and got Iron Cross 1 & 2, Knights Cross, German Cross and the XP halfway towards KC with Oakleaves for sinking 80k tonnage on my first patrol

Same as PrinceofDarkness..using UBE, my first patrol (it was 111k tons.. still) netted me a Knight's cross with oak leaves! and a Knight's cross for my gunner!

Have mod enabled, playing with UBE. New campaign, did my first easy patrol and got multiple iron crosses for the capt. Not sure if this is an issue with a new update
