嗯,这个其实是我最早想加的功能。
不过这个功能会让这个MOD需要修改存档,同时还有游戏中的UI调整问题,做起来需要一点功夫。
等下次更新我可以考虑加上。
目前你可以使用MOD设置里的高级功能,设定具体的工作类型不受此MOD影响。
"While you are Up" only makes pawns do hauling, nothing else.
And they are not needed as that behavior is in vanilla now.
This mod makes your pawns do all kinds of jobs nearby, potentially.
how do you know it doesnt work with complex jobs?

One thing to keep in mind. "Taking a nearby hauling job" might be a vanilla behavior, it's called "opportunistic hauling". Have you tested with no mods at all? It would have such behavior too.

I'm using fluffy's work tab mod, and now it's being continued by "Work Tab 1.5 Temp"

I tested it and it's perfectly compatible.
I didn't not find a "work tab" mod by "Owlchemist"
Or similarly, my emergencies-only pawn might decide to do surgery despite it being a priority 9 job...

While You Are Nearby now supports mechs from Biotech DLC too.
You lovely little mechanoids will be as smart as your colonist on finding nearby jobs rather than zigzaging across the map all the time.
This mod let your colonist to work at lower priority jobs nearby to reduce back-and-forth long distance trips.
While You Are Up mostly only do a convenient hauling job when doing long distance trip. It's not affect any other types of jobs.
So they are handling different things, with marginal amount of overlap.
Yes they are compatible out of the box.
如果订阅有很多mod,最好把这个mod放在最后一个加载,就能减少冲突几率
